Yobe State Capacity Building Program for MDAs At the Yobe State Information Technology Development Agency (YITDA), we believe that a digitally skilled public workforce is essential for efficient service delivery, innovation, and good governance. Our Capacity Building Program is designed to empower government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) with the skills and tools needed to thrive in today’s digital age. Program Overview YITDA offers structured capacity development programs tailored for public sector institutions in Yobe State. These programs focus on enhancing digital literacy, improving ICT infrastructure usage, and building the competencies required for digital transformation in government operations.
