Digitalizing Primary Healthcare in Yobe State​ In line with the vision of His Excellency, the Digital Governor, Hon. (Dr) Mai Mala Buni, CON, for digitalizing Yobe State and finding smart, technology-driven solutions, we plan to deploy a comprehensive digital initiative.​We will be implementing our smart solutions across all 178 Primary Healthcare (PHC) centres in the 17 Local Government Areas (LGAs). This deployment will include:• ​The PHC Management System software.• ​Smart and customized digital gadgets.• ​Internet access.• ​Capacity-building training for staff.​  This initiative is designed to significantly enhance healthcare service delivery by enabling the Board to:• ​Track patient records digitally.• ​Monitor staff attendance in real-time to reduce absence from duty.• ​Facilitate real-time data management for informed decision-making.• ​Monitor drugs and other essential supplies efficiently.
